Cooking and Serving Instruction:
Boil 900 ml water and add Moe MohHingar Paste. Add four shallots and slices of two boiled eggs. Keep boiling at a low to medium heat for about 5 minutes or until shallots are soft enough. When it’s done cooking, garnishes include rice vermicelli, lime, more onions, coriander, chilies, and fritters, depending on how you like it. An egg can also find its way to the top of the bowl if it strikes your fancy.
Serve the broth with rice noodles, cilantro, roasted-crushed red chili, lime, and fish sauce to your preferred taste.
