Cugino's Chicken Enchilada Soup
Their #1 selling soup for five years with good reason! Simply add water, tomato sauce and chicken (optional). Garnish with tortilla chips and cheddar cheese. Cooks in 12 minutes! Makes 8 Servings.
Directions:
1. Whisk contents of package into 6 cups of water and 1- 15 oz can of tomato sauce. Heat on medium until soup comes to a slow boil. Add in 1/2 lb of cooked shredded or canned chicken.
2. Reduce heat to low simmer uncovered and stir occasionally.
3. Cook for 12 minutes or until beans are tender. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese and broken tortilla and serve!
